From my dear friend, Lauren Toolin. She's so great & so is this message:

Greatness is sourced from a strong and solid relationship to your Purpose, if fueled and 'right sized' by the following (feel free to add to or subtract from this list as befits you):
  • Study Up: read the scriptures, spend time with inspiring and experienced teachers, challenge yourself to learn.
  • Clean Up your Act: minimize toxins, including crappy food, crappy TV, negative talk, and constant multitasking.
  • Do the Work: Get to know yourself, and then get over yourself. Scour out your limitations and polish up your character. Both of these monumental tasks come, in part, through meditation.
  • Show up: drop your 'baggage' as often as possible, so that you can see the world with unburdened eyes. We love to hold onto the negative aspects of our stories, and minimize our accomplishments. Why?
  • Reach Out: Be generous and yet, humble. Serve others without expectation of reward or acknowledgment.
  • Practice: Commit to your greatness by getting on your mat, zafu, pranayama bolster every day.
